sound, motion, stillness

Things that might be possible when sound frequencies reverberate: A bear ambling. Leaves rustling. An asteroid striking. A woman giving birth. A child laughing. People quarreling. Lovers making love. An envelope tearing. Grass growing. An earthquake. Someone reading poetry.

A bell singing through the impossible possible air that we breathe. We are here. A miracle. All that exists.

I have been thinking about this: We have no idea of the myriad happenings across time and space that lead into our singular experience of the current moment. What we might call a delight, or an annoyance, a lucky break, an inconvenience, or a surprise. Nor do we have no idea what happenings this current moment sets in motion.

And yet: We are built for this motion. For impermanence. Uncertainty. Built for the innocence of empty not-knowing.

Because before all the movements and happenings, beyond? We are still. Still with wonder.

We are built for success by the fact that we are part of all that is this unbearably bearable ever-evolving life. Breathing. And out. For the love of you and I co-creating whatever is next. Co-creating our becoming. From stillness. Into stillness. We can do this. With ease. Success.

Which frequencies do you want to add today?
