21-days: an endeavor to reduce our complaining.

“When one does not complain, one pays for outward calm with an almost unbearable inner struggle.” (Charlotte Brontë).

It's said that about 30-40 percent of all conversation includes commiseration. There is a lot of research out there to show that this is not helpful. Not for your work. Nor for others. Nor for you. So, the challenge: To practice not complaining for 21 days.

When: From Friday Oct 25 through Thursday Nov 14, 2019.
